Hatha Yoga & Qi Gong – Level 1
The structured yoga seminar is a teaching that has relevance for everyone.
The seminar is a combination of asanas, pranayama, Qi Gong, Surya namaskara, different forms of traditional meditation (kriya meditation, mindfullness and tantric meditation), deep relaxation (nidra yoga) and self observation.
The yoga program is preformed in a gentle pace with attention on the breathing and the inner body. This gradually leads the body and mind to become calm. In this state of calmness our life-energy starts flowing freely and we begin to experience the beneficial effects of yoga. With a combination of calmness and mental attention the stored up tension in body and mind is slowly being released. As a result our overall wellbeing increases.
In parallel with the practice you will receive an introduction into the classic Indian yoga systems and a clear explanation on how yoga works.
In the whole course it will be pointed out how you can implement yoga in daily life. The actual practice will be preformed outside surrounded by nature
The Accomondation lies directly on the beach in front of a peaceful, idyllic fishing village named Kalamos.
Kalamos located at the foot of a green hill with olives- lemon- and orange-trees. It is surrounded by many quiet swimming bays with clean white pebbles and sand, picturesque cliffs and the clear turquoise blue waters of the Aegean Sea.
The small resort (10 rooms, tavern, exercise room) is located practically on the beach.. This family-run resort has panoramic views over the Pagasetic Golf to the mountains of Evia. It features modern facilities and built in the traditional Pelion style.

8 days yoga seminar: Morning exercises (before breakfast, 1h), main seminar and exercises (after breakfast, 2.5h), and evening meditation and relaxation (1.5h).
